Leading the Charge

The best-selling commercial van brand in the U.S. is about to lead business into the future and All American Ford in Old Bridge has you covered when it comes to the the all-new, U.S.-assembled 2022 Ford E-Transit. The only electric work van that has the backing of the Ford Motor Company. That means an entire ecosystem of products, software and charging solutions that will allow you to seamlessly transition to the future of business. All American Ford in Old Bridge is proudly EV-Certified and has on-site charging stations. Ford has you covered with Electric Vehicle Component Coverage: 8 years or 100,000 miles (whichever occurs first).

Built By Those Who Know

The 2022 E-Transit isn’t just all-electric, it’s all all-Transit. That means you get the same work-ready vehicle you’ve come to rely on with three roof heights, three body lengths, and chassis cab and cutaway models. And because electric vehicles can mean reduced operating costs and significantly lower scheduled maintenance, you can switch to the E-Transit with less hassle. We take the words Built Ford Tough seriously. We put it through the same durability tests we put all our commercial vehicles through. So you can count on it to show up ready to work.

Built for the Bottom Line

Going electric is just good business. With connected technologies and the ability to help you achieve sustainability goals, E-Transit is designed to handle what’s happening now and what’s coming next. And with a whisper-quiet powertrain and zero emissions, the E-Transit can work in environments where traditional work vehicles can’t. All at a targeted starting MSRP under $45,000.

The Power of Choice

One size never fits all. That's why we offer so many choices in electric work vans. Just like the gas-powered Transit Cargo Van, the E-Transit comes in three lengths and three roof heights. It's also available in chassis cab and cutaway models. Which means it adds eight all-electric configurations to the already best-in-class* total offered by the current gas model.

The E-Transit Cargo Van is available in three roof heights: low, medium and high. The high-roof variant allows a person as tall as 6ft. 9 in. to stand up straight inside the van, making it easier to move around and access equipment. The medium-roof variant can accommodate a person as tall as 6 ft., while the low roof heights enable easier maneuverability and can fit in 7-ft. garages.

Whether you need a vehicle that’s easy to maneuver around traffic and tight spaces of a city or one that offers more cargo space, the E-Transit Cargo Van has got you covered. Available in regular, long and extended lengths, there’s sure to be one that’s a perfect fit for any job.

With chassis cab and cutaway models, America’s first electric work can from a full-line automaker offers businesses the right van for any job. Plus it’s easy to upfit and offers a wide array of available packages designed to make adapting to your needs simple and convenient.

We've Got Charging Covered

Backed by the largest public charging network in North America, we are offering an ecosystem of charging solutions to meet all your charging needs. Whether your fleet of vehicles is at the depot, on the road or at home, we have you covered.

Depot Charging

When planning to convert your fleet to all-electric, it's good to have someone to help you create a plan to optimize uptime and improve efficiency. Ford is a trusted partner that understands that there is no "one size fits all" solution for preparing your infrastructure to be ready for charge management. We are committed to being here to provide the needed information to help you along your charging journey.

Public Charging

We offer solutions to making charging on the go easier:

  • Access to North America's largest public charging network* eliminates the need to register with multiple charging networks or download multiple apps.
  • Our available Connected Built-In Navigation allows you to access real-time charging station info.
  • When you arrive at the charging station, our Plug and Charge feature automatically accesses vehicle and payment info just by plugging in.
  • With 115kW capability, E-Transit can add an estimated 45 miles of range in 15 minutes** (Cargo Van low-roof models) at DC fast chargers to get you to your next destination quickly.
  • Ford Commercial Solutions can help you manage your fleet's activation and payments and give you access to charging data to control costs and ensure maximum uptime.

Home Charging

We offer an array of solutions to charge your fleet at home and deliver a full charge overnight:

  • The 240V Ford mobile charger, standard with the vehicle, offers 10 miles per charging hour (Cargo Van low-roof model). **
  • For fleets with faster charging needs, Ford will offer a 240V-48A Ford Connected Charge Station that offers 15 miles per charging hour (Cargo Van low-roof model). **
  • Ford Commercial Solutions can help manage your home fleet with features like charge usage data to support driver reimbursement and alerts if a vehicle isn't charging.

*Based on original equipment manufacturers (OEM)/automotive manufacturers that sell all-electric vehicles and have publicly announced charging networks. Department of Energy data used. FordPass,™ compatible with select smartphone platforms, is available via a download. Message and data rates may apply.

**Range and charge time based on manufacturer computer engineering simulations and US EPA MCT drive cycle methodology ( test procedure for EVs-PHEVs-11-14-2017.pdf). The charging rate decreases as battery reaches full capacity. Your results may vary based on peak charging times and battery state of charge. Actual vehicle range varies with conditions such as external elements, driving behaviors, vehicle maintenance, lithium-ion battery age and state of health.

Powerful for your Business

We built the E-Transit to help you build your business. So, whether it's helping to reduce operating costs or helping you take on jobs other people can't, you can feel confident the E-Transit has your back.

Zero Gas. Less Scheduled Maintenance.

With zero trips to the pump and less scheduled maintenance than traditional gas-powered engines, electrifying is a smart move. For instance, electric vehicles don’t use oil, making oil changes a thing of the past. In addition, scheduled maintenance costs on the E-Transit are estimate to be 40% less than the average scheduled maintenance cost compared to a gas-powered 2020 Transit over 8 years/100,000 miles (whichever comes first). And you may qualify for a federal tax credit as well as other sate and local incentives.

Less Noise

Work almost anywhere, anytime, day or night. Because the all-electric Transit offers a whisper-quiet powertrain that allows for operations in areas with noise restrictions, helping to reduce noise levels in cities and neighborhoods.

Zero Emissions

Zero emissions means the E-Transit can operate where internal combustion engines can’t, including indoors and environments with limited ventilation. Which means it can take your business where it could never go before while helping you attain your sustainability goals.
